About Mario Peshev
Five-time CEO, founder of DevriX and Growth Shuttle, advisor to 400+ executives. I work with PE firms and mid-market companies on the technical side of the business — diligence, the first 100 days after close, and fractional CTO work.
I've spent about two decades building and advising companies. I founded DevriX, an engineering and revenue-operations firm that works mostly with PE-backed mid-market companies. I also run Growth Shuttle, a weekly briefing read by around 30,000 executives. Over the years I've advised more than 400 leaders — early founders, CXOs of $500M companies, and managing partners of funds.
The combination matters. I'm hands-on with the technology — architecture, data, revenue ops, AI in production — and I also understand how PE thinks about value creation, because I've bought, built, and sold companies myself. Most advisors do one of those things. I do both.
I've trained or advised teams at VMware, SAP, Software AG, CERN, and Saudi Aramco. I've written two books that are cited in 50+ universities, made 20+ angel investments, and closed two agency acquisitions of my own.
